If you have an issue with your order, please be sure to put your order number in the comment section and give a brief description of your concern, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that our social media is intermittently monitored, and it is not the best place to post questions or product concerns.

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are happy to address damaged product inquiries and offer a possible replacement or store credit.  If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, please immediately discontinue use.  All of our products are for external use only, and should never be ingested.
